I don't have crypto — how can I get it?
You don’t need crypto to upgrade.
On the premium checkout, choose the option to pay with a card, Apple Pay, PayPal, or other local methods on our secure payment page. Complete the steps there; your premium is tied to that payment—no separate wallet or coin purchase required.
If you prefer to pay with cryptocurrency, pick the manual crypto path on the same page, select your coin, then send the exact amount to the address shown. Use that only if you already hold crypto or want to send from your own wallet or exchange.
Tips:
• For card and wallet apps, use the same email you use on our site if asked, so confirmation goes smoothly.
• For manual crypto, the coin and network you send must match your selection (e.g. BTC → BTC).
• Always double-check the address and network before sending.
• Send the exact amount shown on the payment screen.
Available payment methods and options may vary by country and provider.
Can I pay with a card or PayPal?
Yes. During premium checkout you can pay with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal (and other options shown) on our secure payment page.
You can also pay with cryptocurrency using the manual crypto option if you prefer.
Available methods may vary by country.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments (including Apple Pay and PayPal where available) through our secure checkout, cryptocurrency if you prefer to pay from your own wallet, and Azteco Bitcoin Gift Cards for those who'd rather not use a card or crypto wallet directly. You can choose any of these options on the premium purchase page.
Available methods may vary by country.
How to buy and send crypto with PayPal / Cash App?
You usually don’t need this.
To upgrade, use the card / Apple Pay / PayPal option on our premium checkout—no need to buy crypto in another app first.
If you still want to pay with crypto from PayPal or Cash App (only where those apps offer crypto in your region): buy an asset they support—often Bitcoin (BTC) on Cash App; PayPal may offer a small set such as BTC, ETH, LTC, or BCH. Then on our site choose the same coin, generate the payment, and use Send / Withdraw in the app to paste our address and the exact amount from the payment page.
Limits:
• These apps do not support every coin or network we list (for example many USDT networks won’t be available).
• Wrong coin or network can mean lost funds—always match what you selected on our payment screen.
• Confirmations (e.g. for BTC) can take time.
Crypto features in PayPal and Cash App vary by country and account.
Can I extend or change my plan?
You cannot downgrade your current plan. However, you can purchase additional time at any point — it simply stacks on top of your current membership with no overlap wasted. Example: 30 days remaining + buy 3 months = ~120 days total.
How do I contact support?

Yes — a few ways:
QR Sign In: Open StreamEast on your Smart TV, PlayStation, Xbox or TV browser. Scan the QR code with your phone — done.
IPTV App (Premium): Load your IPTV Playlist into Tivimate, IPTV Smarters or any compatible app on your Android TV, Fire TV Stick, Apple TV or Smart TV.

Cryptocurrency Payment Questions
I don't have cryptocurrency — how do I get it?
Easiest (5–10 min):
Use apps like PayPal, Cash App (US), or Revolut to quickly buy crypto.
• PayPal / Revolut: Buy Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), or Litecoin (LTC)
• Cash App: Supports Bitcoin (BTC) only
After purchase, use the "Send" or "Withdraw" option to transfer to our wallet.
Card Purchase (10–15 min):
Use services like MoonPay, Simplex, or Banxa to buy crypto instantly with a debit/credit card.
These platforms often support multiple coins and networks (including faster and cheaper options like USDT or USDC).
Exchange (lowest fees):
Use exchanges like Coinbase, Binance, or Kraken.
1. Create an account
2. Deposit via bank transfer or card
3. Buy crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.)
4. Withdraw to our wallet using the correct network
Tips:
• Always double-check the wallet address and network before sending
• Send the exact amount shown on the payment page
Availability of services and supported coins may vary by country.
What do these network types (TRC-20, ERC-20, etc.) mean?
These are blockchain networks that carry the token: TRC-20 (TRON): TRON network — very fast and extremely low fees (typically ~$0.5–2 depending on bandwidth/energy) ERC-20 (Ethereum): Ethereum mainnet — most widely supported but fees vary a lot (typically ~$1–30+ depending on network congestion) BEP-20 (BSC): Binance Smart Chain — fast and low fees (typically ~$0.05–0.50) Base: Ethereum Layer 2 (by Coinbase) — very fast and low fees (typically ~$0.01–0.10) Solana: Solana network — extremely fast with ultra low fees (typically ~$0.0001–0.01)
Always use the exact network shown — sending on the wrong network will result in permanent loss of funds.
How do I send from PayPal or Cash App?
PayPal (availability depends on region):
1. Open PayPal app or website
2. Go to "Crypto" section
3. Buy Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), or Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
4. After purchase, go to your crypto balance
5. Click "Send" and paste our wallet address
6. Enter the exact amount and confirm the transaction
Cash App (US only):
1. Open Cash App → Go to Bitcoin tab
2. Tap "Buy" → Enter amount → Complete purchase
3. Tap "Withdraw Bitcoin"
4. Paste our wallet address → Enter exact amount → Confirm
Before sending:
• After buying crypto, return to our website
• Select the same coin you purchased (e.g., BTC)
• Generate your payment and copy the wallet address & amount
• Then go back to your app and complete the transfer
Important:
• PayPal and Cash App mainly support Bitcoin (and limited coins on PayPal)
• USDT (TRC-20/BEP-20) is NOT supported on these platforms
• Always double-check the network and wallet address before sending
Tips:
• Send the exact amount shown on the payment page
• Bitcoin may take longer to confirm (average 20–35 minutes)
• For faster payments, consider using exchanges or wallets that support multiple networks
Availability of features may vary by country and account status.
Which crypto is fastest and cheapest?
Fastest & lowest fees (≈5–6 min): Solana, USD Coin Base Good balance (≈7–8 min): Litecoin, DOGE Slower but widely used (≈20–40 min): Bitcoin, Ethereum
Confirmation times are based on recent averages and may vary depending on network conditions. Speed and fees depend on the selected network, and some coins (such as USDT and USDC) are available on multiple networks.
Is my payment anonymous?
Cryptocurrency payments are pseudonymous. This means transactions are recorded on a public blockchain, but they are not directly linked to your personal identity.
We do not require any personal information or identity verification to complete your payment.
For maximum privacy, privacy-focused cryptocurrencies such as Monero (XMR) are recommended, as they are designed to provide fully private and untraceable transactions.
Always use a secure wallet and follow best practices to protect your privacy.
Why do crypto prices fluctuate?
Cryptocurrency values change constantly based on market demand. Our system locks in the exchange rate for 60 minutes when you start a payment. If the rate changes significantly, simply restart — you'll get an updated price.
Is it safe to make a payment on StreamEast?
Yes — payments are secure and processed through blockchain networks. Once your transaction is confirmed on the network, your premium access is activated automatically.
All payments are transparent, verifiable, and do not require sharing sensitive personal or banking information.
As with any crypto transaction, always double-check the selected network and wallet address before sending. Transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed.
Pay with an Azteco Bitcoin Voucher
Buy an unused Azteco Bitcoin Voucher, then enter the code on the next step.
This payment is a gift. Premium will be added to , not your account.
Both Lightning and On-chain Azteco vouchers are accepted.
Do not redeem the voucher yourself — submit the code to us instead.
Premium activates after our team verifies the voucher.
Premium Plan—
Amount Required—
Your gift card doesn't have to match this amount exactly — our system automatically calculates the matching Premium duration based on the actual value of the voucher you submit.
Prices for the same voucher can vary between retailers because each one adds its own fee/markup. It's worth comparing a couple of them and picking whichever charges the lowest fee for the amount you need.
Gift Card Payment Questions
Where can I buy a gift card?
You can purchase an unused Azteco Bitcoin Voucher from any of the approved retailers listed on this page (G2A, Kinguin, Eneba, Driffle, OffGamers, and others shown at checkout). Prices for the same voucher can vary between retailers, so compare a few before buying.
How do I pay with a Gift Card?
Buying and submitting an Azteco Bitcoin voucher is simple:
Buy an unused Azteco Bitcoin voucher from an approved retailer listed on this page.
During checkout, enter the email address where you want to receive your voucher.
The retailer will send you an Azteco Bitcoin voucher code (usually a 16–19 character alphanumeric code) and/or a QR code you can scan.
Do not redeem or use the voucher yourself. Come back to this page, paste the code (or upload a screenshot/photo of the QR code) and press "I'm Ready to Enter My Voucher Code", then "Submit Voucher".
In most cases StreamEast checks and redeems the voucher automatically, then activates your Premium — no further action needed from you.
Why is there a Gift Card payment method?
Many customers want to pay with PayPal, Cash App, or similar methods, but we're not able to offer these directly at checkout. The Gift Card option solves this: approved retailers accept PayPal, Cash App, and cards, so you can buy an Azteco Bitcoin Voucher there using whichever method you prefer, then send us the code. It's an easy way to pay indirectly with PayPal or Cash App even though we don't support them directly on our site.
Is paying with a gift card safe?
Yes. You never share any card, bank, or account details with us — you simply submit the voucher code (or a photo/QR code of it). StreamEast checks unused Azteco vouchers automatically in most cases and activates Premium once the value is confirmed, exactly like any other payment method on our site.
Will it show on my card statement or account that I used a gift card on StreamEast?
No. Gift card payments do not appear on your bank or card statement in any way, and your gift card purchase is not linked to StreamEast on the retailer's side either. There is no reference to StreamEast or Premium anywhere in the transaction.
What happens if I send a lower or higher amount than required?
No problem — the amount doesn't need to match exactly. Our system automatically calculates the closest matching Premium duration based on the actual value of the voucher you submit. If you send slightly less, you may receive a shorter duration; if you send more, the extra value is added on top as additional days or months.
What should I watch out for before submitting my voucher?
Do not redeem or use the voucher yourself before sending it to us — it must still be unused.
Make sure you submit the correct, complete voucher code (or a clear photo/QR code of it).
We only accept Azteco Bitcoin Vouchers — vouchers from Binance or other platforms cannot be processed.
What happens if I submit the wrong voucher code?
If the voucher you submitted cannot be verified, we will send you an email and an in-app notification asking you to submit a new/correct voucher code on the same request. If you are unable to provide a valid voucher, please contact our support team for further help.
How long do I need to wait after submitting my voucher?
In most cases verification and activation are automatic after you submit an unused Azteco voucher. You will receive an email and an in-app notification when your request is approved, needs another voucher, or is rejected. If automatic processing cannot finish, the request stays in the queue for a longer review — wait for that notification before opening a duplicate support request.
What type of gift card do you accept?
We currently only accept Azteco Bitcoin Vouchers, both Lightning and On-chain types. Other gift cards or vouchers (Binance, Amazon, Steam, etc.) cannot be used for this payment method.
Can I submit a photo of my voucher instead of typing the code?
Yes. If it is easier, you can upload a clear photo or screenshot of the voucher's QR code instead of typing the code manually. Our system will try to read the code automatically so processing can continue. If the image is unclear, you may be asked to submit a clearer code or photo on the same request.
What happens if my Gift Card request is rejected?
If your request is rejected, we will let you know the reason by email and in-app notification. In most cases this means the voucher could not be verified or was already used — you can submit a new voucher on the same request, or contact support if you have any questions.
Can I cancel or change my Gift Card request after submitting?
Once submitted, a request can't be cancelled, but if it hasn't been processed yet you can contact our support team and we'll assist you. If your voucher turns out to be invalid, you'll be able to submit a replacement voucher on the same request.
What's the difference between Lightning and On-chain vouchers?
Both are valid Azteco Bitcoin Vouchers, they just use a different network to redeem the Bitcoin:
Lightning — a faster, lower-fee Bitcoin network. Most Azteco vouchers sold today are Lightning.
On-chain — the standard Bitcoin blockchain network. Slightly slower to redeem, but works the same way for Premium.
You do not need to know which one you have — if you are not sure, select "I'm not sure" as the voucher type when submitting. StreamEast will identify the type during automatic processing.
Why does the retailer charge extra fees for the gift card?
Any service fee or markup added during your purchase comes from the retailer (G2A, Kinguin, Eneba, Driffle, OffGamers, etc.), not from us — we have no control over their pricing. This is why fees can vary between retailers, and it's a good idea to compare a couple of them before buying to find the lowest fee for the amount you need.
Does it matter if my voucher shows Euros or another currency instead of USD?
No, it's not a problem. Azteco vouchers can be purchased in different currencies (EUR, USD, or others) depending on the retailer and your region. We calculate the final Premium duration in USD on our end, so there's no issue if the code you receive shows a different currency — we'll convert the value automatically when verifying your voucher.
Are the recommended retailers safe to buy from?
Yes — G2A, Kinguin, Eneba, Driffle, OffGamers, SEAGM, and DoctorSIM are all well-established, widely used marketplaces that have sold gift cards and vouchers for years. That said, we don't operate these platforms ourselves, so please always double-check the seller rating/reviews on the listing before buying, and make sure you're purchasing a genuine, unused Azteco Bitcoin Voucher.
This payment is a gift. Premium will be added to , not your account.
Pay with card or apps you already use
Tap Continue to open a secure checkout. If you see more than one company, pick one that works in your country, then pay with your card, Apple Pay, PayPal, or a bank method—the same way you pay on other websites.
You will not be asked to buy digital coins or install a crypto wallet. That technical step is completed for you in the background.
Premium activates once payment succeeds. Check your email for confirmation.
Card Checkout Questions
Why does the checkout mention cryptocurrency if I’m paying with a card?
Because this flow is designed for you to buy cryptocurrency using your card (or Apple Pay / PayPal / similar options the provider supports). The payment company processes a card-funded crypto purchase on their side—that’s the normal path for this checkout.
You are not asked to use your own wallet app, paste a deposit address, or send coins manually like our separate “manual crypto” option. The provider handles the crypto purchase step in their secure page after you approve the payment.
In short: you pay with familiar card/app methods; the provider completes the crypto part of the transaction so your Premium can be confirmed.
Is it safe to enter my card or payment details?
Yes. When you continue, you are taken to a secure checkout operated by a licensed payment provider—not on our servers. The page uses standard encryption (HTTPS), and your card and billing details are collected and protected under that provider’s security and compliance rules.
StreamEast does not receive or access your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive card data from that flow, and we do not see the payment form the way the provider does. We also do not store those details—because they never pass through our systems in a form we could keep.
Processing is handled by established, large-scale payment companies (card networks, banks, and checkout partners) that specialize in online payments worldwide.
Why am I taken to a different website?
Card and wallet payments are processed by a third-party payment company that operates checkout in your region. That company shows you available payment options (card, Apple Pay, PayPal, bank methods, etc.) and completes the payment.
After payment succeeds, your Premium access is updated automatically—you can return to StreamEast or check your email for confirmation.
What payment methods might I see?
It depends on your country and the provider. You may see options such as:
Credit or debit card
Apple Pay, Google Pay, or similar
PayPal or other local methods where supported
Exact options are chosen on the secure checkout page.
Will I be charged extra fees?
The checkout page shows the amount before you pay. Some banks or providers may add currency conversion or international fees—those are between you and your bank or the payment company, not something we add on top as a separate StreamEast “card fee.”
When will my Premium activate?
Premium usually activates shortly after the payment is confirmed by the provider. In rare cases it can take a few minutes.
Watch your email for confirmation. If something looks wrong, check your account or contact support with your payment receipt.
If I pay with my card, will money be taken without my permission every month?
No. StreamEast cannot see your card details and cannot charge your card on your behalf. Payment happens only through the secure checkout when you approve it.
Nothing is charged unless you complete a Premium purchase.
If I pay with my card or wallet (Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.), will it show as “StreamEast” on my statement?
No. Your card or wallet is charged on the licensed payment provider’s secure page—not directly by us. StreamEast does not appear on your bank or card statement as the merchant or line-item name; you will see the payment provider, a partner, or a neutral billing descriptor instead.
The exact wording depends on your bank, method, and country—check the transaction in your banking app after payment.
Why is the amount slightly different from what I saw before paying?
Small differences are still possible because your bank or wallet may settle in another currency and apply its own exchange rate at payment time, and your card issuer may add foreign transaction or cross-border fees. Some banks also round amounts differently on the statement.
StreamEast covers the payment processing commissions on our side—you are not charged an extra “platform fee” from us for using card checkout. Any difference you still see usually comes from currency conversion or bank fees outside our control.
The licensed checkout provider may show a final total that includes taxes, fees, or rounding required in your region before you confirm. Always check the final amount on the provider’s payment page before you approve the charge—that is the amount your bank will process.
My payment was declined—what should I try?
Declines are decided by your bank or card issuer, not by StreamEast. Try these steps:
• Use another card, wallet, or local method if the checkout offers more than one provider.
• Turn off VPN or try a normal browser window (not a strict private mode with all extensions).
• Complete any 3D Secure / bank verification step fully; incomplete verification often looks like a decline.
• Check that online and international payments are allowed on the card, and that you have enough limit or balance.
• Wait a few minutes and try again—some banks block rapid repeat attempts.
If it still fails, contact your bank with the decline message or code they show; only they can see the exact reason on their side.
This payment is a gift. Premium will be added to , not your account.

Payment & Sending FAQ
Can I close this page after sending payment?
Yes, you can safely close this page after sending! • Your payment is tracked by the blockchain, not this page • Premium will activate automatically once confirmed • No need to keep this page open • Check "My Account" to see your Premium status after a few minutes
I completed the payment but the countdown timer expired. Is that a problem?
No — this is not an issue. Your payment is still valid.
Once your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, your premium access will be activated automatically, even if the countdown timer has expired.
If your premium is not activated after a reasonable time, please contact support with your transaction details.
I’ve never used crypto — how do I make a payment?
If you don’t want to use crypto, you don’t have to. On the premium checkout, choose the option to pay with a card, Apple Pay, PayPal, or other available methods and finish on the secure page.
If you are paying with cryptocurrency (you picked manual crypto and a coin on our site):
1. Stay on our payment screen—you’ll see the amount, address (and often a QR code).
2. Open any wallet or exchange that supports that exact coin and network you selected.
3. Use Send / Withdraw, paste our address (or scan the QR), enter the exact amount shown, and confirm in one transaction.
Some apps (e.g. PayPal, Cash App, Revolut in certain regions) only support a few assets—often BTC or a small list. If your wallet doesn’t support the coin you chose here, go back and pick a coin your app supports, or use a card instead.
Important:
• Send the exact amount shown on our page.
• Wrong network or coin can mean lost funds.
• Use a single transfer for the full amount.
Premium activates after the payment is confirmed (for crypto, after enough blockchain confirmations).
Why is there a countdown timer?
The 60-minute window locks in the current cryptocurrency exchange rate. If it expires, simply restart the payment — your account won't be affected and no funds have been taken.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Underpayment (sent less): System processes it automatically — you receive Premium time proportional to the amount paid. Overpayment (sent more): The extra amount is also converted to additional Premium days — you receive more time than your plan. Best practice: Send the exact amount shown to avoid any confusion.
How long does confirmation take?
Solana: ≈5 minutes USDC Base ≈5–6 minutes Dogecoin: ≈7 minutes Litecoin: ≈8 minutes Ethereum (ERC-20): ≈20–25 minutes Bitcoin: ≈20–25 minutes
Premium activates automatically as soon as the required confirmations are reached.
Confirmation times are based on recent averages and may vary depending on network conditions.
What happens after I send payment?
• Page automatically detects your payment (usually within 1–5 minutes) • Status changes to "Payment Detected!" • System waits for required blockchain confirmations • Premium activates automatically once confirmed • You can safely close this page at any time after sending
Can I send from any wallet or exchange?
Yes from wallets: Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Binance Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, etc. Yes from exchanges: Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, KuCoin, etc. Important: Must support external withdrawals Important: Must support the correct network
How do I verify my transaction?
• Copy the transaction hash from your wallet • Visit the blockchain explorer for your coin: TRX/TRC-20: tronscan.org ETH/ERC-20: etherscan.io BNB/BSC: bscscan.com BTC: blockchain.com • Paste the hash to check confirmation status
What if I send from the wrong network?
WARNING: If you send cryptocurrency from the wrong network (e.g. USDT via ERC-20 instead of TRC-20), your funds will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered. Always double-check the network before sending.
Do you accept credit cards or PayPal?
Yes. On the premium purchase page you can pay with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal (and other methods shown at checkout) on our secure payment page.
You can also pay with cryptocurrency if you choose the manual crypto flow.
Available methods may vary by country.
My payment is stuck — what do I do?
1. Click "Check Status" on this page 2. Copy your transaction hash from your wallet 3. Look up your transaction on the blockchain explorer (etherscan.io, tronscan.org, etc.) 4. If confirmed on-chain but Premium not activated after 15 minutes, please use the this link for contact and include your transaction hash.
My Premium didn't activate after payment — what now?
First, check that your transaction has the required confirmations on the blockchain explorer. Then:
• BTC: wait up to 60 minutes
• ETH/ERC-20: wait up to 10 minutes
• TRON/TRC-20, BNB: wait up to 5 minutes
If confirmed on-chain and still not activated after 60 minutes, contact us with the following details:
— Your registered email
— Transaction hash (TX ID)
— Coin and network used
— Amount sent
The system will most likely (99%) detect and activate your payment automatically within 1 hour. However, if you contact us, we can quickly review and manually activate it if needed.
Payment Successful!
Welcome to StreamEast Premium! Your membership activates within a few minutes—you’ll get an email and an in‑app notification when it’s ready.
This is normal! Your payment has been confirmed on the blockchain and your membership will be automatically activated within a few minutes.
You can check your subscription status here: https://auth.streamea.st/my-account/?tab=subscription
If your payment is still not activated after 60 minutes, please contact us with your transaction hash.
How do I access my Premium features?
After activation:
Refresh any open streaming pages
Ads disappear immediately
HD quality options appear in the player
Your Premium badge is visible in the account menu
Multi Stream and 24/7 Live TV Channels are available from the navigation menu
IPTV Playlist credentials are under Account → IPTV Playlists
Why was different time added to my account?
Our system calculates time proportionally based on the actual received amount: Underpayment: If you sent less, premium time is calculated proportionally. Overpayment: If you sent more, the extra amount is converted to additional Premium days. Network fees: Blockchain fees are automatically accounted for. All calculations are transparent and based on blockchain data.
When does my membership expire?
Go to My Account or the User Panel — your expiry date and remaining days are displayed there. You can renew anytime by purchasing a new plan.
Can I use Premium on multiple devices?
Premium is tied to your account, not a single device. You can log in and stream on multiple devices — we don't restrict browser sessions.
The only limit applies to IPTV Playlist and 24/7 Live TV Channels: up to 5 simultaneous connections. Exceeding this may cause buffering or playback errors.
What happens when my Premium expires?
After Premium expiry: • Account automatically returns to the free tier • No automatic charges or renewals • Ads return, quality limited to standard • Premium-only content becomes unavailable • You can reactivate anytime by purchasing a new plan • Your account data and settings are fully preserved
